Ariston Group, through its Thermowatt division, has acquired an 80% stake in Z.R.E. (Zecchi Riscaldatori Elettrici), marking a significant step in its component division's strategy to grow into professional and industrial markets. The current owner of Z.R.E will retain a 20% share for two years to ensure management continuity and assist with the company's integration into Thermowatt. B&C Legal Corporate, led by Maria Adele De Luca and Roberto Caccia, provided legal counsel to Ariston Group, while the sellers received legal advice from Giovanna Altamura and Matteo Guidotti, and fiscal advice from Carlo Motta of CMFC Studio Associato.
