Zoom Torino Acquires Parco Natura Viva: Creating Openature with 30 Million in Revenues

Immersive Parks, the parent company of the biopark Zoom in Cumiana, Turin, has successfully acquired and integrated Parco Natura Viva of Bussolengo, Verona. The acquisition was completed by purchasing the entire share capital of both Parco Natura Viva Garda Zoological Park and its subsidiary Natura Service from the Avesani family, the park's original founders and owners. Following this purchase, Immersive Parks finalized a merger to incorporate these entities into its structure. The newly formed entity, Openature, emerges as Italy's leading immersive zoological group, boasting over €30 million in revenue, attracting nearly 1 million visitors annually, and employing approximately 400 staff members. The acquisition aims to enhance the conservation of biodiversity and endangered species through new conservation projects and investments. The process included extensive advisory services from various professional teams handling legal, financial, administrative, and labor law aspects of the transaction.
