Zellis Group Expands Financial Wellbeing Tools with Hastee Acquisition

Zellis Group, a prominent HR and payroll platform, has expanded its services by acquiring Hastee, a financial wellbeing platform based in London. This acquisition will allow Zellis to integrate Hastee's offerings into its existing AI-enabled HR, workforce management, payroll, and benefits platforms, creating a unified suite. The move follows Zellis’ earlier acquisition of elementsuite and the exit of former finance director David Critchley, now at Totalmobile. John Petter, CEO of Zellis, highlighted the importance of financial wellbeing in enhancing employee productivity and retention. This acquisition aims to provide seamless financial tools that improve employee financial health. Hastee’s CEO, Jaime Jiménez, emphasized the strategic fit and potential for accelerated growth with Zellis. Employees will now have access to earned wage access, money management tools, and personalized financial education, supplemented by analytics for organisations.
