The transaction was facilitated by Freshfields, representing Zapi, and BonelliErede, representing Ubiquicom's shareholders. The founding members of Ubiquicom, Stefano Sarasso, Denis Errica, and Andrea Cardillo, will remain actively involved in the company's management post-acquisition.
