Zadarma Acquires US VoIP Provider VoIPVoIP

Zadarma, a prominent European VoIP provider, has announced the acquisition of VoIPVoIP, a leading US-based VoIP operator. This strategic acquisition is aimed at amplifying Zadarma’s influence in the North American market while enhancing the service offerings for clients in both organizations. VoIPVoIP, a division of Kosmaz Technologies LLC, was founded in 2005 and provides VoIP solutions across residential, business, and mobile domains, supported by its own network infrastructure. With this acquisition, customers of VoIPVoIP will gain access to a plethora of advanced features offered by Zadarma, including virtual phone numbers, cloud PBX, speech recognition, and analytics, among others. The acquisition also ensures that US customers will benefit from FCC-approved, US-based operators.
