Zabka BS Develops New Logistics Hub in Lodz

Linklaters has provided legal counsel to Zabka BS, a subsidiary of the Zabka Group, in its recent undertaking involving the acquisition of undeveloped land and a significant design-and-build contract valued at EUR 35 million. This contract, established with Dekpol Budownictwo, aims to create a 42,000-square-meter warehouse and production facility located in the vicinity of Lodz. The newly planned logistics center will include freezers, cold storage, a dry zone, and office plus social spaces, marking this site as the ninth logistics hub in the Zabka Polish network. Previously, in 2024, Linklaters advised Zabka Property Fund in a sale and leaseback deal with W.P. Carey.
