The transaction was facilitated by Harvest Partners, an established private equity firm that has worked with Yellowstone to strengthen its business model and management structure. Law firm Ropes & Gray provided advisory services for the deal, bringing together a team of specialists in private equity, executive compensation, finance, tax, and capital markets to ensure the successful execution of the investment. The deal was officially announced in a press release dated December 23.
