XXXLutz Completes Acquisition of Black Red White for Full Control

Rymarz Zdort Maruta has provided legal assistance to the furniture retail giant XXXLutz in its acquisition of Black Red White, a leading Polish furniture group. The deal enables XXXLutz to acquire the remaining 50% of Black Red White’s shares, following an initial 50% investment made in 2022, and therefore secure complete ownership. The transaction, however, awaits final regulatory approval before it can be finalized.
