National law firm TLT has successfully represented FTSE 250 entity XPS Group in its latest acquisition venture, acquiring Polaris Actuaries and Consultants Limited. Polaris is renowned for delivering top-tier insurance, risk, and regulatory consulting services, particularly in actuarial domains, primarily serving major insurance clients in the UK. This acquisition aims to amplify XPS's footprint in the insurance consultancy space, especially by leveraging Polaris's established relationships and existing Master Services Agreements with significant UK insurers. TLT's comprehensive legal assistance encompassed all deal-related intricacies, ensuring the harmonious merging of operations to facilitate XPS's strategic growth plans in their insurance consulting division.
