Xenon Private Equity Small Cap, a fund specialized in investments in Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS), has acquired Eurostep through its subsidiary, Fifth Beat. Eurostep has established itself over the past decade as an intermediary between business objectives and technological solutions in e-commerce. The acquisition will lead to the creation of the Orvian Group.
