Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has formed a strategic alliance with Cygnett Hotels & Resorts to significantly expand its presence in South Asia. The collaboration, advised by Keystone Law, aims to launch 60 hotels over the next decade under the La Quinta by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels brands. The first openings are anticipated in 2026. The exclusive development agreement will see 50 new-build and conversion hotels developed across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. An additional ten luxury hotels will be unveiled under the Registry Collection brand, in collaboration with Cygnett's Anamore brand. The deal marks a crucial step in Wyndham's regional expansion strategy, aided by Keystone Law's legal expertise.
