Wyden Secures $16.9 Million in Series B Round

Wyden, based in Zurich, has announced the successful completion of its Series B funding round, securing $16.9 million to bolster its digital asset trading technology. The round was led by Truffle Capital, with contributions from new investors including PostFinance, the SBI-Sygnum-Azimut Digital Asset Opportunity Fund, and FiveT Fintech, alongside existing investor C3 Venture Capital. The newly acquired funds are earmarked for strategic expansion into regulated markets across Europe, Switzerland, Turkey, the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Brazil, among others, reflecting Wyden's focus on compliance with global digital asset regulations. The company aims to integrate up to 20 additional banks, brokers, and exchanges, supported by an expanded workforce of over 100 professionals, aimed at enhancing Wyden’s capabilities in sales, marketing, product, and delivery. Key to this strategy is Wyden Infinity, a cloud-native platform supporting full digital asset trade lifecycle automation. Current clients include various top-tier financial institutions, with further expansion expected. The funding underscores Wyden’s leadership in institutional digital asset trading technology, as confirmed by strategic partners and investors like Truffle Capital and Sygnum Bank, supporting its ambition to serve as the infrastructure backbone for financial services' digital asset needs.
