WorkBuzz Secures Additional £4M Investment from YFM to Fuel Expansion

YFM Equity Partners has injected an additional £4 million into WorkBuzz, an employee engagement and insights platform based in Milton Keynes, to support its next phase of growth and invest in its leadership team. With this follow-on investment through the BSC VCTs Funds and YFM Growth Funds, YFM’s total investment in WorkBuzz reaches £8.8 million. Since the initial funding, WorkBuzz has nearly doubled its annual recurring revenue from £2.8 million in June 2023 to over £5 million expected by March 2025. The company is leveraging AI to enhance its platform, thus helping businesses better interpret employee insights and take actionable steps for improved workforce engagement. The appointment of Alex Merrifield as Chief Product Officer and the upcoming hiring of a partnerships director are expected to further boost the company’s product development and strategic partnerships.
