Wooptix secures 11 million investment to boost semiconductor capacity

Ejaso has advised Wooptix, a leading semiconductor metrology equipment manufacturer based in the Canary Islands, in securing a major investment. This financial input, valued at approximately 11 million, is the first of its kind disbursed by the public fund SETT (Spanish Society for Technological Transformation), along with several private international investors from the industrial sector. The objective of this investment is to strengthen Spain's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities, foster reindustrialization, and ensure technological sovereignty for the nation. Leading the advisory efforts from Ejaso were partner César Espert, along with senior associate Daniela Leal and associate Jesús García, from their Innovative Business & Venture Capital team. Espert highlighted the importance of the company's success in attracting both domestic and international investments, establishing Wooptix as a cornerstone in Spain's national development strategy.
