Wireless Logic Welcomes New Minority Shareholder, General Atlantic

Wireless Logic, a global leader in IoT connectivity solutions, has welcomed General Atlantic as a new minority shareholder through an investment from General Atlantic's BeyondNetZero climate growth equity fund. The transaction, which values Wireless Logic at 3.5 billion, is expected to close by the third quarter of 2025, pending customary closing conditions. Montagu Private Equity will maintain its majority share in Wireless Logic, having first invested in the company in 2018, and will reinvest alongside General Atlantic. The investment aims to accelerate Wireless Logic's growth through geographic expansion, diversification of market channels, and enhancement of platform offerings. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in the UK, Wireless Logic has been a key provider in connecting over 18 million IoT devices across 165 countries. The company is well-aligned with net zero goals and supports energy transition and climate applications including smart grids and precision agriculture. The strategic partnership with General Atlantic is expected to reinforce Wireless Logic's leading position in the IoT market by leveraging General Atlantic’s extensive global scale, technological capabilities, and operational expertise.
