Winchester Joins Shorehill as Investment Associate

Shorehill Capital LLC, a private equity firm based in Chicago, has announced the appointment of Colin Winchester as an Associate in their investment team. With nearly four years of management consulting experience, Winchester started at Shorehill in April 2025. In his new role, he will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and manage portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shorehill, Winchester was a Senior Consultant at CIL Management Consultants, focusing on commercial due diligence and growth strategies for private equity clients in the lower and middle markets. Notably, Winchester holds a Master of Management and a degree in Communications from Northwestern University. Shorehill Capital specializes in control equity investments in North American industrial sectors, with enterprise values between $20 million and $150 million.
