Williams, founded in 1992 and currently operated by Tony Williams, distributes ice cream, frozen pizza, and other frozen foods across Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, Northeast Oregon, and Northern Wyoming, servicing over 2,000 customer locations. The acquisition forms part of KDSA's strategy to build a significant independent DSD platform in the Northwest. Following the acquisition, Tim Valdez of KDSA steps in as CEO, with Tony Williams staying on as president until year-end.
