Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a group of eight commercial banks and international financial institutions on the €331 million financing of the second phase of the Vifor wind farm project in Romania. This project, developed by the Actis platform Rezolv Energy, aims to construct a 269MW wind farm. Upon completion, the Vifor project will boast a total capacity of 461MW, making it one of Europe's largest onshore wind farms capable of powering over 700,000 households.
