Whistl Seals £6m Deal for Renault Tractor Fleet with Eco-Friendly Push

Whistl, a UK-based delivery management company, has announced a £6 million deal to refresh part of its tractor fleet with 60 new Renault T-Range units. The vehicles, which are Euro VI and DVS compliant, will join the fleet from June 2024 across Bolton, Bristol, and Bedford sites. This purchase aligns with Whistl's goal of operating an environmentally sustainable fleet, with aims to reduce fuel consumption. The move follows the recent introduction of 126 Renault T-Range units and the installation of a new Transport Management System, which has enhanced fleet performance by optimizing route use and cutting unnecessary mileage. Nick Wells, Whistl's Executive Chairman, emphasized the strategic importance of their transport fleet in ensuring efficiency and reducing environmental impact, while also improving driver experience through new technology and training.
