Webglobe, a provider of web hosting and cloud services, has acquired Cesky Webhosting, which operates the Webhosting C4 platform. The acquisition is aligned with Webglobe's growth strategy to strengthen its market position. In 2024, KSB had also advised on the sale of Webglobe. KSB did not comment on the deal.
