WAV, a comprehensive distributor of fiber, fixed wireless, and Wi-Fi equipment based in Aurora, Illinois, has announced the acquisition of ISP Supplies, a prominent broadband solutions provider located in College Station, Texas. The acquisition aims to enhance the distribution of both companies by expanding their product offerings and improving customer support across the United States. Following the acquisition, ISP Supplies will operate as a subsidiary while maintaining its brand identity as 'ISP Supplies, Powered by WAV.' Norm Dumbroff, CEO of WAV, highlighted the integration of supplier portfolios and distribution capabilities as key aspects of the acquisition. Steve Discher, the founder and CEO of ISP Supplies, expressed confidence that the merger of technical expertise would allow both companies to better address the increasing demand for connectivity.
