This portfolio comprises four ready-to-build solar projects located in Sicily and Basilicata, with a total planned installed capacity of about 74 megawatts (MW). The acquisition was facilitated through the Equita Green Impact Fund (Egif), which had amassed a fund size of €140 million by December 2024.
