Watersprint AB, a leading company in LED UVC water disinfection technology, has acquired the assets of Canadian firm Acuva Technologies, known for its patented IntenseBeam™ technology, following Acuva's recent bankruptcy. This strategic acquisition allows Watersprint to continue producing innovative water treatment products that Acuva's customers have come to rely upon.
