Watersprint AB, a leading company in LED UVC water disinfection technology, has acquired the assets of Canadian firm Acuva Technologies, known for its patented IntenseBeam™ technology, following Acuva's recent bankruptcy. This strategic acquisition allows Watersprint to continue producing innovative water treatment products that Acuva's customers have come to rely upon. André Carlsson, CEO of Watersprint, highlighted that incorporating Acuva's technology strengthens Watersprint's position within the global water treatment market, particularly in point-of-use and residential entry markets, as well as numerous OEM applications.
