The deal was fully capitalized by lead investors HarbourVest Partners, Ardian, and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), with no syndication needed. The fund offers Limited Partners the option to secure returns immediately or continue investing in Warburg Pincus's diversified portfolio companies for future growth potential. This transaction equips the portfolio companies with the necessary time and resources to enhance their valuation growth under the guidance of Warburg Pincus.
