Radford brings over 30 years of experience in financial services and FinTech, with previous roles at American Express, HBOS, and Lloyds Banking Group. His appointment comes as Volopa seeks to strengthen its position in the UK and European markets and as Quantum Group aims to list on the London Stock Exchange in 2026.
