VisionFund Enters Ukrainian Market with Financial License
Deal News | Jan 07, 2025 | CEE Legal Matters

Everlegal has successfully advised VisionFund on its entry into the Ukrainian market by establishing a local entity and securing a financial company license. This move allows VisionFund Ukraine to offer non-banking financial services, including loan provision and banking metals. Achieving this milestone is significant given the stringent legislative environment that saw many financial companies exit the Ukrainian market. VisionFund Ukraine now stands as one of only three new finance providers licensed in 2024. The legal team from Everlegal included Managing Partner Yevheniy Deyneko, Partner Andriy Olenyuk, and several associates and legal assistants.
