Vision Financial Group, based in Des Moines, Iowa, announced its merger with Business & Financial Strategies of Iowa City and Clevenger Financial of Joplin, Missouri, to form the rebranded Financial Integrators. This new entity will oversee $2 billion in client assets, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including financial planning, asset management, insurance, accounting, tax and estate planning, and business services. The merger was driven by their alignment in service models and values, translating to expanded capabilities and competitive advantage. The firm will continue to function as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction, providing regulatory and business support for independent advisers. The newly formed company plans to explore further M&A opportunities starting in 2025, aiming to enhance its service offerings and scale existing business operations. The team now includes 23 financial advisers and 77 subject matter experts, emphasizing integrated financial planning as the future of client services.
