Copia Wealth Studios, a platform providing insights on over $30 billion in assets, has announced their acquisition of Kinship, a relationship management application, as a strategic move towards establishing a comprehensive operating system for asset owners and managers. This acquisition marks Kinship's second successful exit under CEO Victoria Wejchert, who now joins Copia as a partner. The integration of Kinship into Copia’s platform will enhance capabilities by incorporating relationship intelligence, allowing family offices and asset managers to engage and collaborate more effectively. This move occurs at a pivotal time within the growing alternatives market, further enhancing Copia’s offerings that currently process over 700 direct investments and 1,100 alternative fund investments. The acquisition is anticipated to be fully integrated by early 2025, bringing additional network functionalities and relationship insights to clients.
