Vicarli Spearheads Logistics Expansion with Ontime Acquisition

Vicarli, a recognized leader in Spain's logistics and specialized transport sector, has been acquired by Ontime, with PwC Tax & Legal and Uría Menéndez advising on the transaction. Vicarli operates 19 logistics warehouses over 110,000 square meters, boasts a fleet of more than 200 vehicles, employs over 300 people, and has integrated technology systems with its clients. It achieved nearly 50 million euros in revenue in 2024 and is embarking on an aggressive expansion strategy that Ontime's national and international presence will bolster. The integration aims to consolidate Vicarli's leadership in Europe and the Americas, enhancing its operational capabilities. PwC Tax & Legal represented Ontime, with key figures from their Corporate and M&A practice, while Uría Menéndez advised the selling company, GPF, with a team from their M&A and Private Equity practice.
