ProConseils Solutions, founded in 2003, brings with it significant expertise and a strong client base, which includes over 1,500 businesses, 150 local authorities, and 30 medico-social establishments. The acquisition is seen as a step forward for both parties, with ProConseils co-founders noting the opportunity for enhanced services and further growth. Verlingue plans to leverage its international reach to offer broader expertise and specialist solutions to its clients across Europe.
