With approximately 25 employees across three offices in the Vaud region, ProConseils Solutions caters to over 1,500 businesses, 150 public entities, and 30 medical-social institutions, providing customized insurance management solutions. The acquisition not only strengthens Verlingue's service offerings and capabilities in enterprise insurance but also represents a step towards the Group Adelaïde's ambition to be Europe's leading family-run intermediary in insurance brokerage by 2028.
