Verlingue Acquires ProConseils Solutions to Strengthen Swiss Presence

Verlingue, an insurance brokerage subsidiary of the Adelaide Group, has acquired ProConseils Solutions, a leading company in the insurance brokerage sector in Francophone Switzerland. This acquisition is part of Verlingue’s strategic plan, aiming to bolster its presence in the Swiss market and expand its service offerings and competencies in insurance for businesses, public entities, and medical-social establishments. ProConseils Solutions, founded in 2003, is known for a personalized approach and strong customer service, servicing over 1500 companies with 25 employees across three offices in Vaud. Benjamin Verlingue, CEO of the Adelaide Group, emphasizes shared values of customer proximity and service excellence. This acquisition aligns with Verlingue’s strategic plan, 'Better Future 28', which seeks to reinforce its standing in Europe and become a premier family insurance broker by 2028. Co-founders Alain Bornand and Joseph Gelsomino see this integration as an opportunity for growth and improvement for their clients and employees. Verlingue has a strong presence in France, Portugal, Switzerland, the UK, and Italy, with partners extending in over 100 countries, and employs 1500, including 550 internationally.
