Venture One Acquires 37,287 Square Foot Facility in Elmhurst

Venture One Real Estate LLC, through their VK Industrial VII, LP fund, has completed the purchase of a 37,287 square foot industrial building located at 857 Larch Avenue, Elmhurst, Illinois. The building, which was constructed in 1970 and resides on a 1.72-acre lot, offers features including 16 feet clear height, multiple docks and drive-in doors, and sufficient parking and outdoor storage space. Transwestern's team, comprising Joe Karmin, Justin Lerner, and Ross Lehrman, represented the seller and will also manage future leasing efforts on behalf of Venture One. This acquisition aligns with VK Industrial VII's focus on targeting industrial properties within the Chicago, Northeast, and Florida markets and highlights the continued investment strategies orchestrated in collaboration with co-sponsor Kovitz Investment Group.
