Vantage Secures EUR 100 Million from EBRD

Rymarz Zdort Maruta and Clifford Chance have successfully facilitated a significant financial arrangement for Vantage, a company under TAG Immobilien, which specializes in the development and management of private rented sector platforms. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has provided financing amounting to EUR 100 million. This substantial backing is aimed at the construction and operation of a new portfolio of rental flats, anticipated to add approximately 3,000 housing units across Wroclaw, Poznan, and Lodz in Poland.
