The Roc Club project is set to be developed by CKC Properties after Valpre Capital's acquisition of a prime 244-bed student accommodation site in Elephant and Castle, London. Designed by Maccreanor Lavington, the 24-storey landmark will offer 206 studios and 38 twodios with amenities such as a gym, lounge, and bicycle parking. The development is supported by Katch Investment Group as an equity partner, emphasizing its commitment to the living sector. Melrose Capital, led by Marc Foster, facilitated the transaction with development partner Alumno. The site is a two-minute walk from Elephant and Castle station and within proximity to several educational institutions. The project aims to deliver strong long-term returns, with completion projected for Q2 2028.
