Salvador Sánchez-Terán has been appointed as the new senior partner, succeeding Jesús Remón, who will transition to the role of partner emeritus from January 1, 2026. Antonio Herrera has been named managing partner. Herrera, who joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2007, has extensive experience in M&A transactions and corporate governance, having previously led the firm's New York and Barcelona offices.
