Unilabs, a prominent player in the medical diagnostics industry, has completed the acquisition of Kempf und Pfaltz, a dermatopathology institute. Leading the legal advisory for Unilabs, Lenz & Staehelin provided comprehensive counsel on the transaction’s legal and structuring requirements.
