Uncle Chen's Secures Lease at Creekside Station

Uncle Chen's Chinese Restaurant has entered into a lease agreement with Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for a 3,781 square foot space at Creekside Station, a prominent lifestyle center in Winchester, Virginia. The deal marks the first leasing activity since CRC's acquisition of the center in mid-August 2024, bringing the total leased space to 97% across nearly 50 tenants. Uncle Chen's, renowned for its authentic Asian cuisine featuring locally-sourced ingredients, is set to begin operations this spring. The signing was facilitated by CRC's Kelsi Holman representing the landlord, while Betty Yang of United Real Estate represented the tenant. Creekside Station, strategically located at the intersection of VA Route 11 and Battle Park Drive, offers a mix of service-oriented retailers and specialty dining options. Owned by local entrepreneurs Xian Chen and Xiangping Lin, Uncle Chen's will provide a diverse menu, including vegetarian options, appealing to the area's residential and business communities. The surrounding area boasts nearly 70,000 residents with an average household income nearing $75,000, supplemented by 105,000 nearby workers. The center forms part of the Creekside Town Center's broader development, which includes fully-leased office spaces and ongoing residential projects. Continental Realty Corporation, with a robust portfolio exceeding $4 billion in value, focuses on acquiring and managing retail and multifamily properties across 13 states.
