Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has reinforced its market-leading position in the specialist services sector by acquiring UK Safety Management Ltd (UKSM), a prominent provider of electrical compliance and safety testing services. This strategic acquisition significantly enhances the scale of PTSG's electrical services portfolio. UKSM specializes in a variety of essential services, including Portable Appliance Testing, Fixed Wire Testing, Emergency Lighting Inspections, and Fire Extinguisher Maintenance, catering to diverse SMEs and commercial clients. UKSM, based in Leeds, has earned a strong reputation for quality and customer loyalty. Its integration into the PTSG Electrical Services division further augments PTSG's capacity and capability, positioning it as a comprehensive provider of electrical compliance in the UK. The acquisition adds UKSM to a growing list of specialized businesses under the PTSG Electrical Services umbrella, which also includes Guardian Electrical Compliance Ltd, PTSG Electrical Testing, among others.
