Twinset Acquired by Borletti Group and Quadrivio & Pambianco

Borletti Group and Quadrivio & Pambianco, as the managers of the Lifestyle Fund II, have acquired 100% ownership of Twinset, a well-known Italian women's fashion brand. This acquisition, which features equal partnership between the two investors, is a significant step in their shared growth strategy for the brand. The objective is to strengthen and support Twinset's future development, both domestically and on an international scale. Legal support for the acquisition was provided by Legance - Avvocati Associati and Studio Cerina. In financial and strategic matters, the investors received assistance from Case Cassiopea and Ernst & Young, among others. The acquisition financing involved a consortium of banks, advised by PedersoliGattai and Dentons. For the sellers, Rothschild & Co. and Latham & Watkins managed the financial and legal aspects, respectively.
