The Zeren Group has completed its acquisition of Türkiye Petrolleri, a major player in Turkey’s fuel retail sector. This acquisition positions Zeren Group as a leading entity in Turkey's energy industry by expanding their network to 1,120 gas stations, capturing about 6.5% of the national fuel market. Having acquired Alpet as well, Zeren Group’s strategic consolidation strengthens their market presence significantly. The transaction received full regulatory approval, reflecting Zeren Group’s intent to capitalize on industry trends such as sustainability and technology innovation. Furthermore, Zeren is looking to expand into the UK and Europe, where they are already investing in various industries including energy and property through their consultancy, Laval Energy.
