TurboTenant, a leading rental property management software company, has confirmed its acquisition of REI Hub, a renowned rental property accounting software provider. This strategic acquisition aims to broaden TurboTenant's suite of tools, catering to independent landlords and streamlining rental property self-management. TurboTenant's CEO, Seamus Nally, emphasized the alignment of both companies in simplifying property management and maximizing landlord investments. Founded in 2018, REI Hub has served over 15,000 landlords and offers IRS Schedule E reporting alongside rich bookkeeping features. Post-acquisition, REI Hub will continue supporting platforms like RentRedi, ensuring property owners can manage financial insights effectively. Jon Carrier, REI Hub’s co-founder, expressed excitement over the acquisition which aligns with their mission of providing tailored property management solutions.
