The acquisition specifically involved Invictus, a holding company owned by the founders of Sky-Nrg, acquired through TSG Southeastern Europe Holding. Law firm DLA Piper advised TSG on the acquisition, with a multidisciplinary team led by Danilo Surdi. The legal team covered diverse areas including corporate, energy, labor, real estate, public procurement, town planning, intellectual property, and privacy issues.
