National law firm TLT has advised Trinitatum, a London-based test automation software provider, on securing a majority investment from Literacy Capital. The firm, established by Jed Dalton and Steve Baker in 2013, has focused on refining its Triangle software to enhance test automation solutions within the energy and financial trading sectors. This new investment is poised to bolster Trinitatum's executive team and facilitate expansion in response to increasing interest from international customers. TLT's corporate team, led by partner Ian Roberts, played a crucial role in navigating the legal intricacies of the deal, alongside KBS Corporate Finance, who advised the shareholders.
