Trei Real Estate Secures EUR 38 Million Financing

Trei Real Estate has secured a EUR 38 million financing package from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG. JDP served as advisors to Trei Real Estate, while BNT Attorneys provided legal advice to Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. The financing is backed by a portfolio of ten retail parks under the Vendo Park brand. Trei Real Estate has a notable history of securing significant financing deals, including a EUR 73.5 million loan from the same bank earlier in 2023 and a EUR 40 million financing from Berlin Hyp. JDP has consistently acted as an advisor for Trei Real Estate in its various financing endeavors across Germany, the U.S., and Poland.
