RSM has facilitated the acquisition of Trans-Sev, a family-run logistics and goods transport business with more than 30 years of history and a fleet of over 100 trucks, by the Moryben fund managed by young entrepreneur Enrique Moreno de la Cova Ybarra. Moryben's acquisition marks its entry into the logistics sector, offering Trans-Sev potential avenues for expansion and efficiency improvements. With this transaction, Enrique Moreno de la Cova assumes the role of CEO, though the founding family retains a stake and active management participation.
