TradeBridge Secures £70m Financing from Castlelake

Castlelake, L.P., a global alternative investment manager, has agreed to provide a new financing facility of up to £70 million to fintech lender TradeBridge. This funding is part of Castlelake's asset-based private credit strategy, aimed at supporting TradeBridge in expanding its services for eCommerce marketplace clients, including UK Amazon sellers. Previously, in 2023, Castlelake provided a £100 million facility to TradeBridge for revenue-based financing solutions in the UK and Australia. TradeBridge's partnership with Castlelake enables it to increase credit offerings to SMEs and power the growth of B2B and B2C eCommerce marketplaces.
