He transitions into this position with a wealth of experience acquired from past tenures at Caverion, Newsec, and Colliers, where he developed an in-depth understanding of bridging the needs of property owners and tenants. Nieminen has cultivated expertise in managing complex property management challenges through effective operational models and sustainable solutions across diverse property types. His portfolio includes planning and implementing PTS renovations, long-term property development, tenant modifications, and energy efficiency improvements.
