This marks Main Capital's sixth platform investment in the HR-Tech domain and aligns with their strategy to amplify their influence across Europe. TMA, founded in 1999 and based in Utrecht, is renowned for its scientifically driven 'TMA Method' that emphasizes individual talents rather than deficiencies. The company serves a diverse clientele, including major enterprises and public institutions, and extends its software solutions across 21 countries. The collaboration will see TMA’s current management team retaining a significant minority stake while leveraging Main Capital’s seasoned expertise in the HR-Tech sector to drive their buy-and-build growth strategy.
