Tighe Heads White Oaks Relaunch in Senior Living Sector

White Oaks, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has appointed Laura Tighe as its new Business Director. With this new appointment, White Oaks has announced a refreshed strategy focusing on delivering exceptional food and service within the senior living sector, which includes facilities management across Residential and Nursing Homes, as well as Assisted and Retirement Living. Laura Tighe, who brings 25 years of experience, most recently held the position of Managing Director at Caterplus. Her focus will be on strategy and operations to meet specific dietary requirements, quality, and choice for residents in a 'home from home' environment. The refreshed White Oaks initiative is based on four key principles: corporate and socially responsible practices, innovation and added value, safety and wellbeing, and investing in people. This approach aligns with Compass Group’s broader sustainability goals to impact lives positively and reach climate Net Zero by 2030.
